Hand Crafted in the 18th Century Tradition

Queen Anne Lowboy, Highboy and Mirror Set (Rural Massachusetts, ca. 1760)
Lowboy Dimensions: 29 " H x 32" W x 18 " D

Highboy Dimensions: 84" H x 40" W x 21.5" D
Mirror Dimensions: 30" H x 18" W

All show wood is highly figured tiger maple with padfoot cabriole legs and fan carved center drawers.

The Lowboy or Dressing Table features the common one-over-three drawer motif with a shaped apron and extreme figure on the top.

The Highboy has a single finial centering the broken-arched bonnet top with a three-over-four long drawer pattern in the upper section and the one-over-three drawer pattern in the lower case, closely matching the accompanying lowboy. All this standing tall on padfoot cabriole legs.

The matching mirror is of a slightly later design having a sunburst carving that unites it with its set-mates.
